Sustainability - Mrembo Africa

We love using reusable tote bags on safari's. Not only is it better for the environment, but it means less plastic in our landfills and oceans. We partnered with Mrembo Africa a social impact textile company that focuses on the financial empowerment of women in Nairobi's informal settlement Kangemi. With over hundreds of bags given to our customers, this measure has reduced plastic waste by customers while providing them with a souvenir and providing income to a social empowerment enterprise.

We're passionate about preserving our world, so we're proud to partner with Mrembo Africa. Every time you receive a bag from us, Mrembo Africa gains a critical source of income. As a result, this socially responsible project has empowered impoverished women to break the cycle of poverty in Kenya.
